Retail & E-commerce Copyright Check
Product videos, sponsored posts, and seasonal campaigns are heavily scrutinized. We scan the estate and remove the liability
How We Audit Retail & E-commerce Brands
Audit The Whole Estate
We review every owned account, including seasonal and campaign-specific profiles, back to the first upload, alongside the affiliate and creator content you have paid for.
Identify Real Exposure
Paid amplification raises exposure. A post that ran as an ad reached an audience you bought, which makes it commercial use on any reading — we flag where advertising and unlicensed audio meet.
Deliver A Report
You receive a complete review with links to every high-risk post, the track identified and a recommended action for each. No access to your accounts is required at any stage.
Retail & E-commerce Copyright Questions
Well, we've got answers
The post was organic and then we boosted it. Does that change anything?
It can. Boosting turns a post into paid advertising, and advertising is the use rights holders treat most seriously. The same track in an ad and in an organic post are not equivalent risks.
Do seasonal and holiday campaigns need separate attention?
They concentrate exposure. Festive campaigns lean on a small and extremely valuable catalog, run the same track across many posts, and are often boosted as paid ads — which removes any argument that the use was incidental. We group seasonal campaigns so you can see the whole exposure at once.
Our seasonal campaigns come down after the season. Does that clear the risk?
Only if somebody removes them. In practice most seasonal content stays published indefinitely, and archived campaigns from previous years are a common source of claims.
We have thousands of product videos. Can you cover that volume?
That is a normal volume for us, and it is exactly the case where manual review breaks down. We audit the whole archive rather than sampling it, because a sample cannot tell you what it missed.
Do you need access to our accounts or ad manager?
No. We audit public content only — no credentials, no OAuth grants, nothing installed inside your systems. What is publicly visible is also what a rights holder can act on.
