For Social & Influencer Agencies

Your creators choose the music. Your client's brand is on the post — and the work was produced by you

Before your next campaign ships, check who your MSA puts the indemnity on. It is a quicker read than the alternative.

Pre-Flight A Campaign

Check It Before It Ships, Not After A Client Forwards You A Letter.

Send us the campaign — owned posts, creator drafts, paid cutdowns — and we check the audio on every asset before anything goes live. You get a per-asset answer with the track identified and the rights holder where known, so a creator can be redirected to a different sound while it is still cheap to do so.

What's included:

  • Every asset in the campaign, not a sample
  • Creator posts you did not upload yourself
  • A per-asset record you can forward to the client
  • Briefing notes you can send to your creators

Sweep What Is Already Live

Work You Delivered Two Years Ago Is Still Published.

Older campaigns are where this usually surfaces: published before anyone was thinking about sync licensing for social, often by a smaller team, frequently with agency-supplied cuts and no record of what was licensed. We enumerate what is still live from work you produced, and hand you the picture before a client's legal team assembles it themselves.

Our services:

  • Historical creator-content check
  • Owned and paid assets
  • Ongoing campaign scanning
  • Risk tier on every finding

How A Campaign Check Runs

1

Enumerate Every Post

Including the ones you never touched. Creator posts published from a creator's own handle still carry your client's campaign — and you briefed the campaign.

2

Identify And Human-Review

Every machine flag is reviewed by a senior analyst before it reaches you. Where a license position is genuinely ambiguous, we mark it for review rather than assert it.

3

Hand You Something Usable

A per-asset record with the URL, the track, the rights holder where known, and a recommended action — written to be forwarded, to a creator or to a client.

Common Questions

Asked by the agencies we work with

Do you need access to our accounts, or our clients'?

No. We hold no passwords, tokens or API keys — ever, and by design rather than by policy. Nothing is installed, connected or granted.

We see exactly what a rights holder's enforcement team sees: public content, and no more than that. That matters here, because it means you can commission a check without asking a client for anything.

Who do you work for — us, or our client?

Whoever instructs us, and we say plainly which. If you engage us, the findings come to you and it is your call what you forward and when. We will not approach your client behind you.

What about sounds the creator picked from the platform's own library?

That is the single most common assumption we correct, and the structural point is simple: a post that exists to sell something is commercial use, and commercial use needs a commercial license. Which catalog a platform shows a given account, and on what terms, varies by platform, by account type, and over time.

So "we used the in-app library" is not, on its own, an answer — it is the beginning of one. We identify what was actually used and where it came from, and let your client's counsel take it from there.

What happens when a track is ambiguous?

We mark it for review rather than assert it. Your report distinguishes what we know from what still needs checking — you are never handed a conclusion we cannot evidence, and you are never asked to pass one on to a client.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice — we provide the factual record your lawyers act on. If a finding needs a legal view, it goes to your client's counsel, not to us.

Can we see the shape of a finished audit?

Yes — our case studies show completed audits, redacted where NDAs require it. Almost every client we work with is under NDA, which is also why you will not find a wall of logos on this site.

Bring us a campaign before it ships.
