Your Call Is Confirmed

A calendar invite is on its way. Before we meet, please watch the short overview below — it means we can spend the call on your estate rather than on how the audit works

What Your Estate Could Be Worth To A Rights Holder

Move the two figures to your own numbers. The arithmetic is the same one claimants use in the complaints on our lawsuit tracker.

10%
Maximum statutory exposure

$15,000,000

100 works × $150,000

Maximum statutory exposure — the number of works multiplied by the $150,000 ceiling US law allows for willful infringement (17 U.S.C. §504(c)(2)). That is a ceiling, not a forecast: settlements are typically a fraction of it, and most matters never reach a filing. It is the arithmetic that makes an uncounted estate difficult to advise on.

For scale: Sony pleaded 931 works against Marriott International — $140M on exactly this calculation.

What Happens On The Call

1

What We Will Cover

Which platforms and regional accounts you own, where the risk tends to concentrate, and what auditing your estate would actually involve. Roughly 30 minutes.

2

What We Need From You

Nothing. No account access, no credentials, nothing installed. Bring the handles you care about and, if it is useful, whoever owns social and whoever owns legal.

3

What Happens Afterwards

A scoped proposal for your estate. If you would rather see the output first, we will run a free check on a single profile so you can read a real report before committing.

Before We Speak

The questions people usually arrive with

Do I really need to watch the video?

It is not a condition of the meeting. It is five minutes, it plays fine at double speed, and it covers the two things we would otherwise spend the first half of the call on: how the audit works and what the report actually contains. Watch it and the call is about your estate instead.

Who should join from our side?

Whoever owns social and whoever owns legal, if you can get both. The exposure is created by marketing and carried by legal, and the conversation is quicker when the two are in the same room. If only one of you can make it, that is fine — forward the invite to the other afterwards.

Will you need access to our accounts?

No. We hold no passwords, tokens or API keys — ever, and by design rather than by policy. Nothing is installed, connected or granted, so there is nothing to deprovision afterwards. We see exactly what a rights holder's enforcement team sees: your public content, and no more than that.

We already pay for a music licensing service. Is this relevant?

Usually yes, and this is the most common thing we correct. A licence covers the catalogue it covers, on the terms it was written for. It does not cover a trending sound a creator added inside the app, a track a regional team used two years ago, or an influencer's own post carrying your campaign. The audit tells you which of your content the licence actually reaches.

Is any of this legal advice?

No. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice — we provide the factual record your lawyers act on. Where a licence position is genuinely ambiguous we mark it for review rather than assert it, so you are never handed a conclusion we cannot evidence.

Something has come up and I need to move the call.

Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or reply to it and we will sort it out. No need to explain.
